2019 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 5:40.66 in the mile run at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19)...was third in the 5,000-meter run at Concordia Invite (2/8/19) with time of 19:52.22...ran time of 20:24.67 in 5,000-meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships and ran leg on 11th-place distance medley team (13:20.25).
High School: Graduate of Wayne High School...was a three year letter winner and state qualifier in cross country for the Blue Devils and two year letter winner in track and field...during senior season in track, was Class B state qualifier in two events - 3,200-meter run (17th/12:36.94) and 3,200-meter relay...placed 12th during senior season in Class C state cross country with time of 20:56...helped Wayne place fifth as a team in Class C state cross country during sophomore and junior seasons...also excels in the classroom earning Academic All-State Honors all three years in track and field and cross country.
