2019 Outdoor: Participated in four meets during outdoor season...recorded season-best time (5:42.81) and finish (seventh) at Jim Dutcher Memorial (4/20/19) in the 1,500-meter run...was 12th at 5:46.03 in 1,500-meter run at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19).
2019 Indoor: Competed in three meets during indoor season in the mile run...ran season-best time of 6:10.38 and placed ninth at Concordia Invite (2/8/19)...recorded time of 6:11.33 in mile run at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19).
High School: Graduate of Omaha Gross Catholic High School...lettered two years in track and field and cross country...was a Class B state qualifier in junior season (2016) placing 62nd with a time of 22:22...earned Academic All-Conference Honors as a junior and senior in track and field and cross country.
