2020 Indoor: Placed second at the Concordia Invite (2/14/20) with season best time of 10:50.6 in the 3000-meter run...top time in the one mile run was 5:34.61 at the Minnesota State Open (2/1/20)...finished 20th in the 5000-meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships in 18:48.9...finished second in the 3000-meter run at Ward Haylett/Doane Invite (1/11/20) with time of 11:00.51.
High School:Â Graduate of Plainview High School...multi-sport standout in cross country, basketball and track and field, starting three years in cross country and basketball and four years in track and field...state qualifier in cross country and track and field three years each...as a senior, placed fourth in the 1,600-meter run (5:35.95) and fifth in the 3,200-meter run (12:23.42)...placed fourth in Class D State Cross Country meet as a senior with time of 20:40...during junior season, was Class D state champion in the 3,200-meter run with time of 12:02.08 and was eighth in the 1,600-meter run at 5:39.53...excels in the classroom earning Academic All-State honors in cross country (three years), basketball (two years) and track and field (three years).
