Biography
2014 Outdoor: Had season best time of 13:17.09 in the 3,000 meter run to finish 10th at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/18/14)... was 13th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at Sioux City Relays with time of 13:41.07.
2014 Indoor: Competed in one meet during the indoor season, running a time of 12:39.11 in the 3,000 meter run to finish 12th at the Dordt Invite (1/18/14).
High School:Â Graduate of Montevideo High School in Minnesota...was a three year letter winner in track and field and cross country...was voted Most Dedicated and Improved in track in 2012 as a junior...earned All West Central Conference honors in cross country during senior season in 2012...competed in one mile and two mile runs in track and field.
Personal:Â Daughter of Ken and Carrie Wamstad...born on March 17, 1995...majoring in elementary education at WSC.
