2010 Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500 meter run at the NSIC Championships, finishing 24th overall with a time of 5:42.41...ran season-best time of 5:16.86 in the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10...also ran season-best time of 2:37.50 in the 800 meter run at the Sioux City Relays.

2010 Indoor: Finished 13th in the 1,000 meter run at the NSIC Championships with a time of 3:26.14...had season best time of 3:25.11 in the 1,000 meter run at Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2/19/10.

2009 Indoor: Did not compete.

2008 Outdoor: Competed in two events at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Wayne, placing eighth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (12:46.41) and was 13th in the 1,500 meter run at 5:31.95...ran season-best time of 12:42.14 to place seventh at the Sioux City Relays in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...posted season-best time of 5:20.49 in the 1,500 meter run at the USD Qualifier on 5-4-08.

2008 Indoor: Finished 14th in the 1,000 meter run (3:23.18) at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota...took second in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:33.46 at the Wildcat Invite in Wayne on 2-9-08...ran season-best time of 3:21.60 to finish seventh in the 1,000 meter run at the Minnesota State Open on 1-12-08.

High School: Attended Pius X High School in Lincoln where she lettered in cross country and track and field for four years...also lettered in basketball two years...was named to the All-State and All-City cross country teams for the 2004 season...helped Pius X cross country teams to state championships in 2004 and 2005 and a state runner-up finish in 2006.

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Mary McCoy...born on September 24, 1988...majoring in elementary and special education.
