2020 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 1:40.26 in the 600-meter run to finish 12th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28/20)...placed fourth in the 400-meter dash (1:00.66) at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20) and was also fourth in the 600-meter run at the Ward Haylett/Doane Invite in 1:45.19...took sixth in the 600-meter run at Minnesota State Open (2/1/20) with time of 1:41.33.
2019 Outdoor: Placed 12th in the 800-meter run with time of 2:19.39 at NSIC Outdoor Championships...also ran leg on 4x400 relay team that was ninth in 4:02.38...ran season-best time of 2:18.32 in the 800-meter run at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19) to finish fourth...placed third in the 400-meter dash (59.41) and fourth in the 200-meter dash (26.44) at Wildcat Classic (3/23/19).
2019 Indoor: Earned sixth place medal in the 600-meter dash at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a season-best of 1:37.31...was first place in the 600-meter dash at the Concordia Indoor Invite (2/8/19) with time of 1:38.81...top 800-meter run time was 2:19.18 to finish third at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19).
2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets in short/long sprints...finished 12th in the 800-meter run at the NSIC Championships with time of 2:18.22...posted season-best time of 58.96 in the 400-meter dash to place sixth at Nebraska Invitational (5/5/18)...was third in the 800-meter run at Concordia Invite (4/5/18) in time of 2:25.16.
2018 Indoor: Ran long sprint/middle distances during indoor season...just missed a medal at NSIC Indoor Championships placing ninth in 600-meter dash with a season best time of 1:39.77...top time in 800-meter run was 2:25.98 at SDSU Division II Invitational (1/19/18)...top finish was sixth in 600-meter dash at Minnesota State Open (1/27/18).
Before Wayne State:Â Competed two years at Gillette College in Wyoming...pronounced (juh-lee-mo)...competed in cross country and track and field...helped Gillette College to sixth place finish at 2016 JUCO Nationals in cross country and fifth place in 2015...ran track and field one year at Gillette before program was cut for 2016-17 season...was fifth at 2016 Region 11 Championships in the 800-meter run (2:23.15) and 1,500-meter run (5:08.90).
