2021 Outdoor: Earned sixth place medal in 400-meter dash at NSIC Outdoor Championships with time of 56.47 seconds...also ran leg on 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC Championships...took first place in 400-meter dash at Central Nebraska UNK Challenge (4/3/21) in 58.02 seconds...also took first in 400-meter dash at WSC Challenge (5/1/21) with time of 58.25 seconds...was eighth in 400-meter dash at Drake Relays at 57.89 seconds...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2021 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 58.76 in the 400-meter dash to place second at the USD Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21)...took first in the 200-meter dash (27.03) and placed fifth in the 60-meter dash (8.21) at the WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21)...was third place in the 400-meter dash at the Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State Invite (59.01) and the Ichabod Invite (59.17)...was 12th in the 400-meter dash (59.50) at the NSIC Indoor Championships and ran leg on 4 x 400 meter relay team...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors for a second straight season.

2020 Indoor: Placed second in the 200-meter dash at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20) with season best time of 26.17 seconds...best 400 meter dash time was 59.57 to place fourth at Concordia Invite (2/14/20)...placed 12th at NSIC Indoor Championships in the 400 meter dash with time of 59.75...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2019 Outdoor: Recorded fourth-place finish in 400-meter dash in a season-best time of 56.27 at NSIC Outdoor Championships...also ran leg on ninth-place 4x400 relay team (4:02.38) (5/11/19)...won 400-meter dash (56.39) and was second in 200-meter dash with season-best time of 25.78 at Jim Dutcher Memorial (4/20/19)...also won 400-meter dash at UNK Loper Invite (56.69) and Wildcat Classic (57.56).
2019 Indoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships...placed fourth in 400-meter dash in 56.59 and ran anchor leg on seventh place 4x400 relay team with time of 4:01.74...placed first in 200-meter dash in 25.84 at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19)...won the 400-meter dash in 58.25 at Minnesota State Open (1/26/19) and took first in the 60-meter dash (8.13) at SDSU Division II Invite (2/18/19).
High School: Graudate of Maple Valley Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak Ute High School in Iowa...was
a four-year letter winner in track and field and two years in cross country...was a three time state champion as a senior at Iowa Class 2A state track meet...won the 200-meter dash (25.29) and the 400-meter dash (56.63) and ran anchor leg on first place sprint medley relay team...was the Iowa Class 1A 400-meter state champion as a junior with a time of 56.97 seconds and ran legs on the state champion 4 x 400 relay and distance medley relay team as a junior....also qualified for the state cross country meet as a junior and earned All-Western Valley Conference honors in cross country as a junior and senior.
