2019 Outdoor: Participated in five meets during outdoor season...placed eighth in 800-meter run at Jim Dutcher Memorial (2:32.91) on 4/20/19...ran season-best time of 5:29.75 in 1,500-meter run to finish 12th at Wildcat Classic 3/23/19)...repeat selection to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2019 Indoor: Recorded season-best time of 2:29.47 in the 800-meter run to finish eighth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19)...was sixth in 800-meter run (2:33.84) at Concordia Invite (2/8/19).

2018 Outdoor: Competed at four meets during outdoor season...recorded a season-best time in the 800-meter dash at the South Dakota Invite (4/11/18) at 2:33.45...was eighth in the 800-meter run at Wildcat Classic (3/22/18) at 2:41.83 and was 10th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5:47.95...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2018 Indoor: Ran in four meets during season...top time in the 600-meter dash was 1:48.62 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/9/18)...best mark in 800-meter run was 2:31.94 to place 18th at Nebraska Tune-Up Invite (2/6/18)...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in middle distance events during outdoor season...top time in the 1500-meter run was 5:36.32 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/6/17)...season best mark in 800-meter run was 2:39.80 at the Sioux City Relays (4/21/17)...season best finish in 800-meter run was 11th at SMSU Mustang Open (2:40.03).

2017 Indoor: Participated in six meets in middle distance events during indoor season...posted a season best sixth place finish in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:51.41 at the USD Alumni Meet (2/4/17)...top 600-meter time was 1:50.89 at UNL Holiday Inn Invite (1/13/17)...ran 1,000-meter at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10/17) and had time of 3:30.78.

High School:  Graduate of Wakefield High School...was a two year starter in volleyball and basketball and lettered four years in track and field...was a three year Class C State Track qualifier...placed fifth in the Class C 800 meter run as a junior (2015) with time of 2:23.55...also qualified for state in 1,600 meter run as a junior and was a Class C 800 meter run state qualifier three years...was also an All-Lewis and Clark Conference selection in volleyball and Academic All-State honoree in volleyball and basketball.
