2016 Outdoor:  Scored points in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships placing seventh with throw of 168' 6"...recorded season-best mark of 169' 1" to place sixth at Emporia State Relays (4/2/16)...finished third at the Northern State Twilight Meet (4/22/16) with throw of 162' 6"...named Most Valuable Field Athlete at season-ending WSC Athletic Honors Banquet.

2016 Indoor:  Placed fifth at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the weight throw with mark of 54' 9 1/4"...recorded season-best mark of 55' 2" at Wildcat Indoor Open (1/30/16) to place second...won the weight throw at the Doane College Fred Beile Classic (2/6/16) with mark of 54' 10 3/4".

2015 Outdoor: Participated in the hammer throw in seven meets during the outdoor season...top mark was 164' 1" at the Sioux City Relays (4/17/15) for a fifth place finish...was fourth at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/22/15) with mark of 162' 8"...placed 11th at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Sioux Falls (5/8/15) in the hammer throw with mark of 161' 0".

2015 Indoor:  Competed in seven meets in the weight throw...had season-best mark of 57' 9 1/2", an NCAA provisional mark, to place third at the South Dakota Twilight Meet (2/20/15)...placed 11th in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships with top mark of 54' 8 3/4".

2014 Outdoor: Had season best mark of 158'8" in the hammer throw to finish 10th at the Concordia Invite (4/12/14)... was 18th in the hammer throw at the NSIC Championships (154'4").

2014 Indoor: Just missed placing in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships, taking ninth at 52' 8 3/4"...recorded top throw of 55' 5 1/2" in the weight throw to place fourth at the UNK Pre Holiday 12/14/13...was fifth in the weight throw at Wildcat Open with top mark of 54' 6 1/2".

2013 Outdoor: Participated in the hammer throw with seventh place finish at the Wildcat Classic throwing 158' 2"...competed at the NSIC Championships with a hammer throw of 155' 7".

2013 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw during indoor season with Wayne State...threw a season best mark of 54' 9 1/2" in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships to finish 7th.

2012 Outdoor: Redshirted during outdoor season.

2012 Indoor: Redshirted during freshman season with the Wildcats.

High School: Graduate of Elkhorn High School.
