2013 Outdoor: National qualifier in the hammer throw, earning All-American honors with a fifth place finish at 188' 6"...took home first place in the hammer throw at the Wildcat Classic with an NCAA automatic qualifying mark of 196' 4" and was named NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week on April 2, 2013...placed second in the shot put at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a throw of 45' 7 3/4"...earned All-Conference honors in the hammer throw placing second in the hammer with a toss of 198' 2" and was sixth in the shot put at 44' 1 1/2".

2013 Indoor: Was a national qualifier in the weight throw and finished 15th with a mark of 56' 5 3/4"...Milander earned All-NSIC honors in the weight throw placing second with a season best mark of 60' 6 3/4" that qualified her for nationals...she also finished fifth in the shot put at 44' 9 1/2"...season best mark in the shot put was 46' 2" where she took first place at the Dordt Invite on 1/12/13.

2011 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the hammer throw at NSIC Championships with mark of 157' 8"... also competed in discus at NSIC Meet and was 13th at 117' 8"... had NCAA provisional mark of 168 ' 8" in the hammer throw to finish second at Prairie Wolf Invite on 4-22-11... season best throw in the shot put was 40' 3/4" at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11... top throws in the discus were 126' 4" at Prairie Wolf Invite (4-22-11) and Wildcat Classic (4-26-11).

2011 Indoor: Placed fifth in the shot put at the NSIC Championships in Bemidji with mark of 43' 10 3/4"...just missed placing in the weight throw finishing ninth at 51' 6 1/4"...had NCAA provisional mark of 45' 3" in shot put at UNL Tuneup Open on 2-18-11...placed second in the shot put and weight throw at Concordia Invite in Seward on 2-12-11...mark of 53' 1" in weight throw at Concordia Invite was season-best and NCAA provisional mark.

2010 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the shot put at the NSIC Championships with season-best mark of 43' 1" in shot put...also competed in hammer throw and had season-best mark of 154' 3" in the hammer throw at the Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10 to finish fourth overall.

2010 Indoor: Just missed placing in two events at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a season best throw of 42' 8 1/4" in the shot put and an effort of 49' 3/4" in the weight throw...had a season best throw of 49' 3 3/4" in the weight throw for third place at the USD Graphic Edge Invite on 1/23/10.

2009 Outdoor: Placed third with a season-best mark of 43' 11 1/4" in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...opened the season with a first place finish in the hammer throw (148' 9") at the Mount Marty Invite on 3-29-09...placed fourth in the hammer throw (148' 11") and fifth in the shot put (40' 8 1/4") at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...also finished seventh in the hammer throw (141' 7") at the Sioux City Relays on 4-18-09.

2009 Indoor: Placed seventh in the shot put with season-high mark of 40' 11 1/2" at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...also competed in the weight throw and finished 13th at 46' 7 1/4"...threw season-best mark of 48' 1 3/4" in the weight throw at Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09 to finish fifth...also took sixth in the shot put (39' 10 3/4") at Wildcat Open.
