2015 Outdoor:  Scored points in two events at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) in Sioux Falls...placed sixth in the heptathlon with 4,610 points and was seventh in the 100 meter hurdles with a season-best time of 14.65 seconds...placed second in the 100 meter hurdles at the UNK Loper Invite (4/4/15) in 14.95 seconds...just missed placing in the high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking 10th at 4' 11 3/4"...selected Most Valuable WSC Women's Track Athlete.

2015 Indoor:  Achieved NCAA provisional mark with 3,260 points to place sixth in the NSIC Pentathlon in Mankato, Minnesota (2/16/15)...posted top mark of 17' 6 3/4" in the long jump to place 11th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15)...finished 10th in the 60 meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships with time of 9.16 seconds...had season-best time of 9.06 seconds in 60 meter hurdles at Beile Classic (2/7/15).

2014 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the NSIC Heptatholon after scoring 3,947 points...tied for 10th in the high jump (5' 1/4")... had season best time of 15.24 in the 100 meter hurdles to place third at UNK Loper Invite to go with season high best 17' 3 1/4" in the long jump.

2014 Indoor: Finished 13th in the pentathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships with 3,016 points...ran season-best time of 9.41 seconds in the 60 hurdles to finish 14th at NSIC Indoor Championships...had season-best mark of 17' 1 1/2" in the long jump to finish fourth at Wildcat Open (1/25/14).

2013 Outdoor: Competed in six events during the outdoor season...placed fourth in the heptathlon at the Wildcat Classic with 3,809 points...tied for eighth in the high jump at the Nebraska Invite with a jump of 5' 1"...finished ninth in the 100 meter hurdles at the Nebraska Invite with a time of 15.82...competed in three events in the NSIC Championships...finished the heptathlon with a season best 3,827 points, jumped 4' 11" in the high jump and ran the 100 meter hurdles in 16.2...was named NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2013 Indoor: Participated in seven events during sophomore season at WSC...placed 4th in the 60 meter dash at the UNK Preseason Open with a time of 8.73...finished 7th in the high jump at the Dordt College Invite with a mark of 4' 9 1/2"...placed 15th in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Pentathlon with a score of 2,836 points...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in six events for the Wildcats during freshman season...placed ninth at the Prairie Wolf Invite in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.00 seconds...tied for eighth in the high jump at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a jump of 4' 8 1/4"...finished 16th in the javelin with a throw of 94'8" at the NSIC Championships...was 17th in the heptatholon at the NSIC Championships with a total of 3,607 points.

2012 Indoor: Participated in seven events during freshman year with the Wildcats...finished tied for 17th in the high jump at the NSIC Championships with a jump of 4' 9 1/2", was 18th in the pentathlon with 2,483 points and was 20th in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.68...ran a season best 3:00.24 in the 800 meter run at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite and ran a season low 9.43 in the 55 meter hurdles at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite.

High School: Graduate of Howells High School...was a three year state track qualifier in the 100 meter hurdles and high jump.  This spring, she placed fourth in the Class D 100 meter hurdles (16.41) and in 2010 as a junior finished seventh in the Class D high jump (4'10).
