2018 Outdoor: Finished 11th in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with season best mark of 152' 2"...was sixth in hammer throw at Wildcat Classic (148' 9") and seventh at Nebraska Invitational (5/5/18) with mark of 146' 7"...repeat selection to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2018 Indoor: Participated in seven meets in the weight throw...was 12th at the NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 49' 1"...top season mark was 49' 3 3/4" at Nebraska Tune-Up Invite (2/16/18)...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team for a third straight season.

2017 Outdoor: Recorded season best mark in the hammer throw of 154' 11" at the UNK Loper Invitational (4/15/17)...had mark of 154' 1" to place eighth at SMSU Mustang Open (4/1/17)...had season best finish of sixth at USD Twilight Meet (4/24/17) with mark of 143' 6"...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2017 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw during the indoor season...threw career best mark of 49' 8 1/2" to place 15th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/24/17)...was third at South Dakota Last Chance Meet (2/17/17) with mark of 49' 6 1/4" and placed fifth at SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/16) at 48' 3/4"...also had sixth place finishes at USD Alumni Meet (2/4/17) and SDSU DII Invite (1/20/17)...repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2016 Outdoor:  Participated in the hammer throw in seven meets during the outdoor season...recorded a season-high finish (6th place) and throw of 45.65 meters at the NSU Twilight meet (4/22/16)...at the Wildcat Classic (3/22/16) threw for a mark of 44.17 meters in the hammer throw...also named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2016 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw in eight meets during the indoor season...posted a season-high mark of 14.84 meters at the Concordia Indoor Invite (2/12/16)...also posted a fourth place finish at the Wildcat Open (1/30/16) with throw of 14.66 meters...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2015 Outdoor:  Participated in the hammer throw in seven meets...top mark was 143' 1" for an 11th place finish at the Sioux City Relays (4/17/15)...placed 24th at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) with top throw of 139' 6".

2015 Indoor:  Competed in the weight throw, recording top season mark of 47' 6 1/2" to place ninth at the South Dakota Twilight Meet (2/20/15)...placed 23rd at the NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 45' 2 1/2".

2014 Outdoor: Sat out season as redshirt.

2014 Indoor: Redshirted

High School: Graduate of Verdigre High School where she competed in track and field, volleyball and basketball...was named All-Conference in basketball all four years she was in high school while also taking home All-Conference honors in volleyball in 2012 and 2013 and was All-Conference track in 2012...qualified for the state track meet in 2011 and 2012...holds the school record in the discus throw with a toss of 113'1 1/2".
