2019 Outdoor: Posted season-best time of 1:06.94 in 400-meter hurdles to place third at Jim Dutcher Memorial (4/20/19)...ran leg on ninth-place 4x400 relay team (4:02.38) at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/11/19)...had season-best time of 27.08 in the 200-meter dash to finish 14th at Nebraska Invite (5/4/19).
2019 Indoor: Ran leg on seventh-place 4x400 relay team (4:01.74) at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/19)...ran season-best time of 1:41.46 to finish sixth in 600-meter dash at Concordia Invite (2/8/19)...recorded season-best mark of 1:01.01 in 400-meter dash to finish 11th at SDSU Holiday Invite (11/30/18).
High School: Graduate of Wahoo Neumann High School...
was a multi-sport standout in softball and track and field...earned three medals at Class B state track meet as a senior...placed fifth in 300-meter hurdles (47.40), ran legs on first place 1600-meter and fifth place 3200-meter relay teams...also medaled in three events at the Class B state track meet as a junior, placing fourth in the 300 meter hurdles (47.4) while also running legs on the sixth place 4 x 800 meter relay and eighth place 4 x 400 meter relay team...earned All-State honors as a junior and senior and helped Wahoo Neumann win the Class C state title as a senior.
