2016 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during outdoor season...finished third in the 10,000 meter run at the Sioux City Relays (4/15/16) with time of 41:35.09...ran season-best time of 18:56.86 in the 5,000 meter run at Kip Janvrin Open (4/29/16)...placed 14th in 5,000 meter run at NSIC Outdoor Championships with time of 18:57.65...repeat selection to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2016 Indoor: Participated in five meets during indoor season...won the 3,000 meter run at the Fred Beile Doane Classic (2/6/16) with time of 11:11.42...season-best time in the 5,000 meter run was 19:11.18 at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/13/16)...placed 16th in 5,000 meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships with time of 19:29.31...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team and received NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction Award.
2015 Outdoor: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season...ran time of 20:52.03 in the 5,000 meter run at the Sioux City Relays (4/17/15)...recorded time of 5:32.52 in the 1,500 meter run at the Mount Marty Twilight (4/22/15)...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2015 Indoor: Did not compete in any meets...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in one meet during the outdoor season, taking fourth in the 5,000 meter run at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a time of 21:08.01.
2014 Indoor: Redshirted
2013 Outdoor: Did not participate during the 2013 outdoor season.
2013 Indoor: Ran the 3,000 meter run during freshman season at WSC...best finish of the year was 6th place at the Nebraska Wesleyan Quadrangular with a time of 12:01.89.
High School: Graduate of Bellevue East High School...was a four year letter winner in cross country and track and field...as a senior in track, was a Class A state qualifier in the 3,200 meter run placing 11th with time of 12:14.16...was an Academic All-State selection in cross country, basketball and track and field as a senior and in basketball as a junior (2011).
Personal: Daughter of Jim and Kelly Kingsley...born on January 29, 1994...majoring in art education.
