2010 Outdoor: Just missed placing in two events at the NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota...was ninth in the 5,000 meter run (18:16.24) and 10th in the 10,000 meter run (38:23.64)...ran leg on new school record distance medley relay team (12:31.80) at the Drake Relays on 4-23-10...one of four WSC athletes to receive prestigious NSIC Myles Brand Academic With Distinction Award and was selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2010 Indoor: Placed seventh in the 5,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato with a season best time of 18:12.10...ran a season best time of 5:23.55 in the one mile run at the Mankato State Open on 1/30/10...had a season best finish and time of second (10:27.55) in the 3,000 meter run at the Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2/19/10...selected to the NSIC Winter All Academic Team.
2009 Outdoor: Earned an eighth place finish in the 10,000 meter run (40:45.86) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...also finished ninth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (12:01.74)...opened the outdoor season with a third place finish in the 5,000 meter run (19:33.42) at the Mount Marty Invite on 3-29-09...placed fourth in the 3,000 meter run (11:27.38) and sixth in the one mile run (5:40.84) at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...placed second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Nebraska Invite (12:04.03) on 4-11-09 and also at the South Dakota Dual (12:04.00) on 4-28-09...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team for second straight season.
2009 Indoor: Competed in the 5,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships, finishing 10th place with time of 19:06.77...won the 5,000 meter run at the Minnesota State Open with season-best time of 18:54.22...finished third in the one mile run (5:52.80) and fifth in the 800 meter run (2:42.75) at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09.
2008 Outdoor: Took first place in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:45.58) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Wayne...also competed in the 5,000 meter run and finished in eighth place with time of 19:40.26...won the 3,000 meter run at the WSC Sunshine Invite on 4-14-08 with time of 10:56.40...named to the 2008 NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2008 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 19:12.87 to finish fifth in the 5,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota...placed second in the 3,000 meter run at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-9-08 with time of 11:16.39...ran season-best time of 11:07.40 in the 3,000 meter run at the Prairie Wolf Open in Lincoln on 2-22-08...selected to the 2008 NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2007 Outdoor: Placed in two events at the 2007 NSIC Outdoor Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota, taking fourth in the 10,000 meter run in a season-best time of 42:27.63...also ran season-best time of 12:30.69 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase to place fifth at the NSIC Championships.
