Shelby Roth Season/Career Stats

2017 Outdoor: Posted season best mark in the high jump of 5' 2 1/4" to win the Wildcat Classic (3/26/17)...was fifth in the high jump (5' 1") at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/6/17)...also competed in javelin and had a top mark of 79' 1" to place 10th at SMSU Mustang Open (4/1/17).

2017 Indoor: Competed in high jump during the indoor season...recorded a season best mark of 5' 1" at the Concordia Indoor Invite (fifth), Dakota Realty Alumni Track and Field Meet (sixth) and SDSU Holiday Open (seventh)...placed second at the SDSU DII Invite with a mark of 4' 11 3/4" (1/20/17)...also ran leg on 4 x 400 relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships.

2016 Outdoor:  Participated in seven meets during the season...cleared season-best 4' 9 3/4" at the Wildcat Classic (3/22/16) to finish fifth overall.

2016 Indoor:  Competed at seven meets in the high jump...placed first at the Wildcat Open (1/30/16) with top mark of 4' 11"...took fourth at the Minnesota State Open (1/23/16) clearing 5' 1"...cleared season-best 5' 2 1/4" to finish 15th at NSIC Indoor Championships.

High School:  Graduate of Pender High School...four year starter in volleyball, basketball and track and field...during senior season, placed second at Class C State Track in the high jump clearing 5' 4" and was eighth during junior season clearing 5' 2"...holds school record in high jump at 5' 4" and was an Academic All-State selection in all three sports during high school.

Personal:  Daughter of Jason and Jenny Roth...born February 7, 1997...majoring in biology at Wayne State College.
