2014 Outdoor: Was 15th in the 1,500 meter run at the NSIC Championships with a season best time of 5:06.14... was third in the 5,000 meter run at Prairie Wolf Invite with time of 20:00.80... named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2014 Indoor: Ran leg on distance medley relay team that was seventh at the NSIC Indoor Championships...competed in five other meets running distance events...had top time of 5:44.97 in the one mile run to place eighth at the Fred Beile Classic (2/8/14)...also took sixth in the 1,000 meter run (3:20.78) at the same event...ran the 3,000 meter run at the Concordia Invite and was 15th with time of 11:27.74.

2013 Outdoor: Ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter runs for WSC...both personal bests came at the Nebraska Invite when she placed seventh in the 800 with a time of 2:30.56 and ran the 1,500 in 5:20.69.

2013 Indoor: Competed in three events during junior season at Wayne State College...placed 1st at the UNK Preseason Open in the one mile run with a season best time of 5:53.77...finished 2nd in the 1,000 meter run at the UNK Preseason Open with a time of 3:24.20...was 2nd at the Wildcat Open in the 800 meter run with a season best time of 2:38.30.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in three events for the Wildcats...placed sixth at the Prairie Wolf Invite in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:28.65...finished 14th in the mile run at the Wildcat Classic running 5:38.12...was 19th in the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 5:08.47.

2012 Indoor: Participated in three events during sophomore season with the Wildcats...ran a leg of the ninth place distance medley relay at the NSIC Championships...had a season low of 3:15.40 in the 1,000 meter run at the Nebraska Tuneup and recorded a season best time of 5:45.40 in the mile run at the Concordia Invite.

2011 Outdoor: Competed in middle distances during outdoor season... ran season best time of 2:32.37 in 800 meter run at Northwestern College Invite on 4-9-11... top time in the 1,500 meter run was 5:24.07 at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11... competed in both events at NSIC Championships, running 2:37.19 in the 800 meter run (25th) and 5:32.07 in the 1,500 meter run (22nd).

2011 Indoor:  Competed in three meets during indoor season...was first in the 800 meter run at Wildcat Open on 1-22-11 with time of 2:32.81 and placed second in the one mile run at 5:55.66...also competed in 1,000 meter run at Dordt College Invite on 1-15-11 and placed 11th at 3:28.43.

High School: Graduate of Pierce High School...was a four year starter and letterwinner in cross country and track and field, helping Pierce win Class C State Cross Country title as a junior and runnerup finish as a senior...in track and field, qualified in the 1600 and 3200 meter runs as a senior at the Nebraska Class B State Track Meet and qualified in the 3200 meter run at state as a junior...was the top point scorer for Pierce in track and field as a junior and senior.

Personal: Daughter of Ron and VerJean Lippman...born on March 4, 1992...majoring in pre physical therapy...older sister Jade Lippman was member of WSC women's track team from 2006-09 and older brother Jeramie was a member of Wildcat cross country and track and field teams from 1997-98.
