2012 Outdoor: Ran the 5,000 and 10,000 meter runs at Wayne State...placed 13th at the NSIC Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 44:33.85...finished 19th in the 5,000 meter run at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 20:33.84.

2012 Indoor: Competed in the one mile run, 3,000 meter run and 5,000 meter run during the season for Wayne State...finished 21st at the NSIC Championships in the 5,000 meter run with at time of 21:09.35 and ran a leg of the ninth place distance medley...ran a season best 11:46.85 in the 3,000 meter run at the Nebraska Tuneup and ran a season low 5:59.01 in the mile at the Concordia Polar Dog.

2011 Outdoor: Participated in several distance events... was sixth in the 10,000 meter run at Prairie Wolf Invite with time of 44:29.70... ran season best time of 5:19.43 in the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays on 4-16-11... was fourth in the one mile run at Wildcat Classic on 4-26-11 with time of 5:55.49.

2011 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 20:22.55 in the 5,000 meter run to place 26th at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...also competed in 3,000 meter run during indoor season with top time of 11:57.68 to place third at Wildcat Open on 1-22-11.

2010 Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500 meter run at the NSIC Championships, finishing 23rd overall with time of 5:38.39...ran season-best time of 5:28.93 in the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10.

2009 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 3,000 meter run (12:07.52) at the Wildcat Classic on 4-3-09...opened the season with a 10th place finish in the 1,500 meter run (5:24.53) at the Mount Marty Invite on 3-29-09...ran a season-best time (5:23.96) and finished 19th in the 1,500 meter run at the Nebraska Invite on 4-11-09...finished 17th in the 1,500 meter run (5:30.13) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.

2009 Indoor: Placed 16th in the 1,000 meter run (3:22.19) at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota...ran season-best time of 3:13.89 in 1,000 meter run at Nebraska Tuneup Open in Lincoln on 2-20-09 to finish 13th...placed fourth in the 800 meter run (2:38.70) at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09.
