Amanda Teter is in her first season (2025-26) as an athletic trainer at Wayne State College and brings over a decade of athletic training experience to Wildcat athletics.
Teter spent the last two years working in the industrial setting providing athletic training services for Terex Utilities in Watertown, S.D. and Tyson Foods in Madison, Neb. before returning to athletic training at Wayne High School in December, 2024.
A native of Bartley, Nebraska, Teter served as an assistant athletic trainer from 2014-2023 at Hastings College.
Teter earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Nebraska-Kearney in 2012 and obtained a master's degree in science education with a focus on sports performance and leadership from Northern State in 2014.
Teter, who resides in Norfolk, is excited to be back in college athletics and ready to service the student-athletes at Wayne State College.
