Auxiliary Strength & Conditioning Center
         The new Auxiliary Strength and Conditioning Center was completed in the spring of 2025 as part of Wayne State's Athletic and Recreation Complex facilities project and will serve as the main training site for Wildcat volleyball, men's and women's basketball and golf teams.
         The new weight room features four half-racks with state-of-the-art, in-laid custom platforms at each station. Eact station also features utility jammer arms, allowing for a greater variety of explosive ground-based movements. The large rig system doubles as a functional storage space and anchoring points for suspension and resistance band training. Posterior chain developers, lat-pull/low-row combos and belt squat machines were also added. This new facility provides Wildcat athletes a new, highly-adaptable training space. Â
