DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO PARTICIPATE?
Yes. Wildcat Student Rewards is only available to currently enrolled Wayne State College students. WSC faculty, staff and general fans are not eligible to participate or earn rewards at this time.

DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO PARTICIPATE?
Yes. You will need a smartphone with the WSC Wildcats App downloaded in order to check in at participating events and earn points. Location services must be turned on for your device to check in and redeem prizes.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Download the WSC Wildcats App from the App Store or Google Play. Create your account and complete your Student Rewards profile. Once your account is set up, you can start earning points at participating events.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Points can be earned by attending participating athletic events, campus activities and other eligible events. Check the event listing in the app for information about the event and how many points you can earn.

HOW DO I CHECK IN TO AN EVENT?
Open the WSC Wildcats App, find the event you are attending and select the check-in option. Location services must be turned on for your device to successfully check in. Once your check-in is completed, your points will be added to your account.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY POINTS?
Your current point total and leaderboard standing can be viewed through the Rewards section of the WSC Wildcats App.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR PRIZES?
Available prizes will be listed in the Rewards section of the app. When you have enough points, you can select an available prize and follow the instructions provided in the app.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY PRIZES?
Prize pick-up will be available at select home football, volleyball and basketball games. An additional end-of-year prize pick-up will be available during the week before spring finals, unless otherwise communicated.
Check the app notifications and your email for information about prize availability, pick-up locations and dates.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN NEW PRIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
Prize information and other updates will be communicated through the WSC Wildcats App and email. Check the app regularly so you don't miss new prizes or special opportunities to earn points.

ARE PRIZES LIMITED?
Yes. Prizes are available in limited quantities and are first come, first served. Once a prize is gone, it may not be available again.

CAN I REDEEM MULTIPLE PRIZES?
Yes. You can redeem available prizes as long as you have enough points to claim them and the prize is still available.

WILL MY POINTS DECREASE WHEN I REDEEM A PRIZE?
Yes. The points required to redeem a prize will be deducted from your total point balance. Your remaining points will continue to count towards future prizes and your overall leaderboard standing.

DO POINTS ROLL OVER TO THE NEXT YEAR?
No. Points are accumulated throughout the academic year and do not roll over to the following academic year.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T USE ALL OF MY POINTS?
Any unused points will expire at the end of the academic year. There will be an end of the year prize pick up.

HOW DOES THE $500 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP WORK?
At the end of the academic year, the top 10 students on the Wildcat Student Rewards leaderboard will be entered into a raffle for the chance to receive a $500 college scholarship.

CAN I EARN BONUS POINTS?
Yes. Additional opportunities to earn bonus or double points may be offered throughout the year. Check the WSC Wildcats App for special events and promotions.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CHECK-IN OR POINTS?
If you experience a problem with the app, a check-in or your points, use the help or feedback options available through the app. You can also contact Wayne State College Athletics Marketing at 402-375-7113 for assistance. If there is an issue with a check-in, please report it as soon as possible so it can be reviewed.
