Wayne State (12-14, 9-10 NSIC) hosts Bemidji State (12-14, 8-11 NSIC) in the final regular season game for each team Saturday at Rice Auditorium in Wayne with top off slated for 6:00 p.m. At stake for the Wildcats is a berth in the 2010 NSIC/Sanford Health Men's Basketball Tournament next week. If Wayne State wins the Wildcats will secure a spot in the postseason. In the first meeting this season between the two clubs, Wayne State downed Bemidji State 78-66 on January 3rd in Bemidji, Minnesota. Saturday also marks the last home game of the season for WSC and is the last home game for Wildcat seniors Brian Metz and Brett Spiker.
