Wayne State opens Northern Sun Conference play this weekend in the friendly confines of Rice Auditorium, hosting Minnesota State Friday evening at 8:00 pm and Southwest Minnesota State Saturday at 6:00 pm.  The Wildcats are 1-3 on the season entering Friday's game against the defending NSIC regular season champion Mavericks who are also 1-3.  SMSU is 1-2 heading into play this weekend.
