The Wayne State College football team will be on the road this weekend traveling to Crookston, Minnesota to face the Golden Eagles of Minnesota Crookston on Saturday with kickoff set for 1:00 p.m. Both teams are looking for their first win of the season after Wayne State fell to the University of Mary 34-27 last weekend and UMC was defeated by Minnesota State 68-26. The Wildcats and Golden Eagles last met in 2011 when Wayne State defeated Minnesota Crookston 35-24.
