Bemidji State scored three second half goals to record a 3-0 Northern Sun Conference women's soccer win over Wayne State Sunday afternoon at the WSC Soccer Complex. The host Wildcats drop to 1-6-1 overall and 1-3-1 in the NSIC while the visiting Beavers improve to 6-2 and 3-2 in league play.
After a scoreless first half, the visiting Beavers scored in the third minute of the second half for a 1-0 lead. BSU scored again in the 57
th minute for a 2-0 advantage and added an insurance goal in the 80
th minute off a corner kick for a 3-0 win over the Wildcats.
Bemidji State held a 20-12 advantage in shots over Wayne State and had a 4-2 edge in corner kicks over the Wildcats. Both teams were called for six fouls.

Jordan Hobza each had three shots for the Wildcats while freshman goalkeeper
Kylie Comba recorded eight saves in the loss.
The Wildcats are on the road next weekend, visiting Minnesota Duluth Friday evening at 6 p.m. followed by a Sunday afternoon contest at St. Cloud State beginning at 1 p.m.
