Wayne State visits #9 Minnesota Duluth Saturday evening in NSIC football with kickoff slated for 6:05 p.m. at Malosky Stadium in Duluth, Minnesota.
The Wildcats opened the season last week with a 58-16 win over Minnesota Crookston while the Bulldogs dropped a 20-17 decision at #1 Minnesota State.
UMD holds an 11-1 lead in the all-time series against WSC that started in the 1993 season.  The most recent meeting saw the Bulldogs beat the Wildcats in Wayne 64-21 in the 2013 season.  Wayne State's lone win over UMD came in the 2011 season, a 7-0 win over the #1 Minnesota Duluth, that snapped a 31-game NSIC win streak by the Bulldogs.
