The 8-0 Wayne State College volleyball team, ranked second in this week's AVCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll, opens Northern Sun Conference play this evening (Thursday) with a 7 p.m. contest at Sioux Falls followed by Saturday's home opener vs. #4 Southwest Minnesota State at 2 p.m.  After dropping their first two matches of the season, 6-2 Sioux Falls has won six consecutive matches heading into tonight's contest against the Wildcats.  SMSU is 6-2 after two weeks of play, going 3-1 at the Lewis (Ill.) Tournament and Colorado Premier Challenge in Denver last weekend.
