The Wayne State College volleyball team has won four straight and seven of their last eight contests heading into this weekend's NSIC homestand vs. Winona State Friday night at 6 p.m. and Upper Iowa Saturday at 4 p.m. WSC is 20-6 on the season and tied for fifth in the NSIC with an 11-5 league mark following Tuesday night's 3-0 win at South Dakota School of Mines. th time in the 14 years with
Scott Kneifl as head coach that WSC volleyball has won at least 20 games in a season.
Winona State comes to Wayne with records of 11-13 and 8-8 (Tie/9
th) in the NSIC while Upper Iowa starts the weekend with records of 16-8 and 9-7 (Tie/7
th) in the NSIC. Earlier this season, Winona State beat WSC 3-1 in Winona while WSC won 3-0 at Upper Iowa (26-24, 27-25, 27-25).
