The Wayne State College volleyball team is the #6 seed for the 2018 NSIC Volleyball Tournament and travels to #3 seed Southwest Minnesota State for a first round matchup Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. in Marshall, Minnesota.  The Wildcats are 22-8 on the season and went 13-7 in NSIC play while the Mustangs, ranked 7th in this week's AVCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll, is 21-7 and 16-4 in conference play.  WSC and SMSU met once this season in Wayne on September 8th with the Mustangs prevailing in five sets by scores of 23-25, 25-18, 13-25, 25-22, 15-11.
