Wayne State hosts St. Cloud State and Minnesota Duluth from the NSIC North Division in key league games at Rice Auditorium this weekend.  The Wildcats enter Friday's 7:30 p.m. contest vs. St. Cloud State leading the NSIC South Division (12-4) and 17-5 overall while SCSU is 16-6 overall and second in the NSIC North at 11-5.  UMD starts the weekend with records of 12-8 and 9-7 in league play.
St. Cloud State beat WSC twice last season - 82-58 in Wayne and 81-57 at St. Cloud in the first round of the NSIC Tournament. The Wildcats edged Minnesota Duluth last seasons 88-86 in overtime in Wayne.
