Wayne State faces the University of Sioux Falls Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the 2019 Sanford Health Women's Basketball Tournament at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls.  The 15-14 Wildcats, #6 seed in the South Division, advanced in the NSIC Tournament Wednesday evening with a come-from-behind 54-52 win at North #3 seed University of Mary while the Cougars, 22-7, won their ninth straight game Wednesday night with a 89-74 home win over Minnesota Crookston.  USF and WSC have met twice this season with the Cougars winning both contests - 77-72 in Wayne last Saturday (2/23/19) and 81-59 in Sioux Falls January 4th.
