The Wayne State College baseball team will close out a 10-game homestand to open NSIC play Wednesday afternoon hosting the University of Mary in a doubleheader at the Pete Chapman Baseball Complex starting at 12 p.m.  The Wildcats have won five straight games and are 14-7 overall and 5-3 in the NSIC entering play Wednesday against an improved Marauder club who is 8-12 overall and 4-4 in the NSIC after going 5-38 and 2-30 in the NSIC last season.  WSC swept a four-game series last year vs. Mary played at Millard North HS in Omaha by scores of 8-0, 6-5, 5-4 and 12-5.
