After having a three-game series cancelled last weekend at Rogers State in Oklahoma, the Wayne State College baseball team resumes play this weekend with a three-game series at Southwest Baptist in Bolivar, Mo.  A doubleheader will be played Sunday starting at 12 p.m. with a nine-inning game Monday at 12 p.m. to conclude the weekend series.  WSC is 2-2 on the season after splitting four games at the season-opening Alpine Fresh 4 HIM Classic in Cleburne, Texas Jan. 31-Feb. 2 while Southwest Baptist has a 3-3 record after opening the season with a three-game sweep of Christian Brothers (Texas) followed by three losses at Harding (Ark.).
