Wayne State faces the #11 team in NCAA Division II football for the second time in three weeks as the Wildcats visit Minnesota State Saturday for an NSIC South Division football contest starting at 1 p.m. at Blakeslee Stadium in Mankato, Minnesota.    The Wildcats are 4-1 on the season following last week's 38-21 homecoming win over Winona State while the Mavericks also sport a 4-1 mark after a 58-10 win over Concordia-St. Paul.    MSU has won all 12 meetings against WSC, including a 62-7 win in Mankato two years ago in the most recent matchup.
