Wayne State visits Creighton University in an exhibition contest Wednesday evening with tip off set for 5 p.m. at D.J. Sokol Arena.  The Wildcats were 6-10 last year in a COVID-shortened 2021 season and return just one player with starting experience in senior guard Kylie Hammer.  WSC was picked seventh in the NSIC South Division and 13th overall in the Preseason NSIC WBB Coaches Poll released October 28th.  Creighton went 10-12 overall and 6-7 in the Big East last season and was picked sixth in the BIG EAST WBB Preseason Coaches Poll released October 19th.  The Bluejays return six of their top seven scorers from last season.
