The #1 ranked Wayne State College volleyball team plays two matches this week, hosting Sioux Falls Thursday at 6 p.m. in Rice Auditorium followed by a Saturday road trip to #5 Southwest Minnesota State Saturday at 2 p.m.  The Wildcats are 23-0 and lead the NSIC with a 13-0 league mark entering Thursday's matchup against the Cougars, who are 12-8 and sixth place in the league with an 8-5 NSIC record.  SMSU starts the week at 19-2 on the season and 11-2 in league play.  Last season, WSC split with USF as each team won on their home court while SMSU beat WSC 3-1 in the lone meeting the teams had in Marshall.
