The Wayne State College volleyball team is the top seed for the 2022 NSIC Volleyball Tournament Friday-Sunday in St. Paul, Minnesota at the Gangelhoff Center on the Concordia-St. Paul campus.  The Wildcats, ranked second in this week's AVCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll, captured the NSIC regular season title last weekend with a come-from-behind 3-2 win at #3 Concordia-St. Paul.  Wayne State is 29-1 (19-1 NSIC) and will face #8 seed Augustana (19-9, 11-9 NSIC) in Friday's first round at 7:30 p.m.  The 'Cats and Vikings met twice this season with WSC winning both matchups – 3-1 in Sioux Falls October 4 and 3-0 in Wayne October 25.
