The Wayne State College volleyball team will close out the NSIC regular season schedule on the road this weekend with matches at Minnesota State Friday at 6 p.m. and #3 Concordia-St. Paul Saturday at 2 p.m. The Wildcats, ranked second in this week's AVCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll, are 27-1 overall and lead the NSIC with a 17-1 league mark entering play this weekend. WSC is coming off three home wins last week to cap their first ever unbeaten regular season at home (11-0). Minnesota State enters this weekend at 6-20, 5-13 NSIC while the Golden Bears are 23-3 and 16-2 in league games. Earlier this season WSC swept MSU in Wayne 25-12, 28-26, 25-17 and the 'Cats own two wins over Concordia-St. Paul, beating the Golden Bears 25-17, 25-23, 25-23 in the final of th Colorado Premier Challenge and six days later edging CSP in the league opener in Wayne 26-24, 25-23, 25-16.
