Wayne State hosts a pair of NSIC South Division rivals this weekend at Rice Auditorium. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m. on Friday against Upper Iowa followed by a 3:30 p.m. start time on Saturday against Winona State. The Wildcats enter this weekend's home-stand looking to snap a seven-game losing streak, sitting at 7-11 overall and seventh place in the NSIC South Division with a league record of 4-10. Upper Iowa is 5-15 overall and 2-12 in the NSIC South while Winona State sits at 11-9 and 8-8 in conference play. Last season Wayne State swept the weekend series against Upper Iowa, winning 84-79 and 78-70 in Fayette, Iowa and split the series against Winona State in Wayne (L 75-70, W 72-61).
