The Wayne State College volleyball team faces a tough NSIC road trip this weekend with visits to #4 St. Cloud State Friday at 6 p.m. and #9 Minnesota Duluth Saturday for a 2 p.m. contest.  The Wildcats moved up to #1 in this week's AVCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll with records of 14-0 on the season and 4-0 in the NSIC.  It's the second-best start in school history for the Wildcats, trailing only the 2010 team that opened the year 16-0.  Last season, SCSU beat WSC in all three meetings, winning 3-1 in the two regular season matches and 3-2 in the semi-finals of the NSIC Tournament while the Wildcats won both matchups against UMD with a 3-1 win in Duluth and 3-0 sweep in Wayne.
