Wayne State opens NSIC South Division play this Saturday with a road trip to Winona, Minnesota facing Winona State in a 1 p.m. contest at Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium.  The Wildcats are off to a 4-0 start for the first time since 1993 following a 48-21 home win Saturday evening over Concordia-St. Paul while Winona State brings a 3-1 record into the contest after a 40-7 home win against MSU Moorhead.  Winona State holds a 20-5 lead in the all-time series vs. Wayne State, but the Wildcats won last year in Wayne 38-21 to snap a five-game losing skid in the series.
