Wayne State will return to Rice Auditorium for the first time in the year of 2023 as they battle NSIC North Division members Minot State (7-7, 4-6 NSIC) Friday at 7:30 p.m. and the University of Mary (8-6, 4-6 NSIC) Saturday at 5:30 p.m. The Wildcats are second in the NSIC South Division entering this weekend's home stand at 11-5 overall and 6-4 in the league. WSC and Minot State have not met since the 2019-20 season where the Wildcats defeated the Beavers 71-62 in Wayne. Last season, WSC defeated UMary on the road 76-69.
