The Wayne State football team is on the road this weekend when the Wildcats travel to Marshall, Minnesota to face Southwest Minnesota State Saturday at 5 p.m. at the Schwan Regional Event Center/Mattke Field.  WSC is 4-1 on the season and 3-1 in the NSIC following last Saturday's 27-21 victory over Minot State while the Mustangs are 0-5 and 0-4 in league play after a 35-0 home loss to Nebraska-Kearney.  The Wildcats hold a 26-8 lead in the all-time series vs. SMSU and has won the last seven meetings including last year's 49-10 win over the Mustangs in Wayne.
