The Wayne State College volleyball team is ranked 16
th in the final regular season AVCA/TARAFLEX Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll released late Monday afternoon. The Wildcats collected 527 points in voting conducted by various Division II coaches nationally.
Wayne State is 23-7 on the season following Saturday's 3-2 semi-final loss to #8 Concordia-St. Paul in the NSIC Volleyball Tournament. The NCAA selection show is Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. on NCAA.com to find out if the Wildcats, ranked eighth in last week's Central Region Rankings, earn an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.
