After playing their first 10 matches on the road and at neutral sites, the #8 Wayne State volleyball team will finally play in front of home fans this weekend at Rice Auditorium as the Wildcats host Minot State Friday at 6 p.m. and the University of Mary Saturday in a 1 p.m. contest.  WSC is off to an 8-2 start, 2-0 in the NSIC, following league road wins last weekend at MSU Moorhead 3-1 and a sweep at then #24 Northern State.  Minot State and UMary are both 0-2 in the league entering play this weekend.  The Beavers are 1-8 overall while the Marauders at 2-8.  Last season, WSC met Minot State and UMary once with the Wildcats prevailing in sweeps beating Minot State 25-12, 25-10, 25-15 October 27th followed by a 25-4, 25-9, 25-15 win over UMary the following day.
