After playing three NSIC road matches last week, the sixth-ranked Wayne State volleyball team returns to Rice Auditorium this weekend for NSIC home matches against MSU Moorhead Friday at 6 p.m. and Minnesota Crookston Saturday in a 2 p.m. contest.
The Wildcats are 20-3 on the season and tied for first in the NSIC with a 13-1 league record following three road wins last week - 3-1 at Augustana, 3-0 at Bemidji State and 3-0 at then #18 Minnesota Duluth. In the first meetings against MSUM and UMC to open conference play earlier this season, WSC swept the Golden Eagles in Crookston 25-13, 25-13, 25-9 followed by a 25-21, 22-25, 25-21, 25-18 win at MSU Moorhead September 19th and 20th.
