The Wayne State men travel to Winona State Wednesday evening to face the Warriors at 6 p.m. in the opening round of the 2025 NSIC Men's Basketball Tournament.  The Wildcats, the #10 seed, are 16-12 and 10-12 in league play while the seventh-seeded Warriors are the #7 seed with records of 19-9 and 14-8 in NSIC play.  In the one meeting between the two clubs this season played in Wayne on December 7th the Wildcats picked up a 68-63 win over Winona State.  In the history of the NSIC Tournament, Winona State is 2-0 against WSC picking up wins over the 'Cats in 2008 at Winona 71-62 and in St. Paul, Minnesota in the 2001 Tournament 77-58.
