Wayne State wraps up a four-game homestand in a span of eight days Tuesday evening hosting Briar Cliff in a non-conference match at Rice Auditorium starting at 6 p.m. The 'Cats then return to NSIC play this weekend on the road at Winona State Friday at 6 p.m. and #11 Concordia-St. Paul Saturday in a 5 p.m. contest. The 'Cats are facing Briar Cliff for the first time in volleyball since 1998 when WSC beat the Chargers 15-3, 15-13, 15-7 on September 17, 1998. BC comes to Wayne at 8-8 overall and 2-4 in the GPAC. Winona State is 9-4 on the season and 4-1 in the NSIC while Concordia-St. Paul starts the week at 9-3 and 5-0 in league play while ranked 11th in this week's AVCA/TARAFLEX Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll.
