2017 Outdoor: Ran in sprints and middle distances during the outdoor season...was first in the 400-meter dash (1:00.59) at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/17)...ran season best time of 59.44 seconds to place third at UNK Loper Invite (4/15/17) and was sixth in the 200-meter dash in 26.07 seconds...named to the NSIC Spring All-
Academic Team.
2017 Indoor: Competed in middle distance events during indoor season...ran career best time 1:41.22 in the 600-meter run to place 16th at NSIC Indoor Championships...had career best time of 2:30.44 in the 800-meter run at the SDSU DII Invite (1/20/17)...placed third in 400-meter dash at USD Last Chance Meet (2/17/17) with time of 1:00.32...also placed third in the 600-meter run at USD Alumni Meet (2/4/17) with time of 1:41.52...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2015 Outdoor: Participated in sprints, running the 200 meter dash and legs on the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relay teams...ran season-best time of 26.23 in the 200 meter dash at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/2/15) to place ninth...had top time of 13.15 in the 100 meter dash at the Sioux City Relays (4/18/15)...won the 200 meter dash at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/22/15) in 26.34 seconds...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2015 Indoor:Â Ran season-best time of 27.05 seconds in the 200 meter dash at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15)...top time in the 60 meter dash was 8.26 seconds for a sixth place finish at the Wildcat Open (1/31/15)...had season-best finish of fourth in the 200 meter dash (27.33) at Wildcat Open...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in sprint events during outdoor season...season best times were 13.17 in the 100 meter dash (UNK Loper Invite), 26.60 in the 200 meter dash to place third at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/18/14)... also ran legs on the 4 x 100 meter and 4 x 400 meter relay teams.
2014 Indoor: Competed in three meets during the indoor season...won the 200 meter dash at Wildcat Open (1/25/14) with season-best time of 27.88 seconds...was fourth in the 60 meter dash (8.40) and fifth in the 200 meter dash (27.99) at the UNK Pre Holiday Invite on 12/14/13.
High School: Graduate of Archbishop Bergan in Fremont, Nebraska where she was a four sport athlete competing in track, volleyball, swimming and basketball...was named Academic All-State in volleyball, swimming and track while also taking Academic All-Conference honors in volleyball and track...qualified in four events at the 2012 state track meet competing in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 4 x 100 meter relay and the high jump while placing sixth in the 200 m with a time of 26.8.
