2011:  Earned NSIC honorable mention All-Conference honors for second straight season after averaging 4.88 digs per set to rank fifth in the NSIC...in NSIC matches, ranked fourth with 5.34 digs per set...had season-high 36 digs in four set match vs. Upper Iowa on 11-5-11...named NSIC Defensive Player of the Week on 10-17-11 after averaging 7.17 digs per set in wins over MSU Moorhead and Minnesota, Crookston...one of four Wildcats to play in all 108 sets during the season...finished year with 527 digs, eighth most in a single season by a Wildcat player, and finished career with 1,595 career digs to rank sixth most all-time...repeat selection to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team...named to the Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska NCAA Division II volleyball team.

2010: Named NSIC Libero of the Year after averaging 4.74 digs per set while helping WSC lead the league in digs per set as a team at 18.17...selected to Rockhurst Classic All-Tournament Team September 3-4, was named to the Daktronics All-Central Region Second Team and AVCA All-Central Region honorable mention at libero position and was one of three Wildcats named to Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska Team...had 10 or more digs in 25 of 30 Wildcat matches during season with season-high 31 digs at Minnesota State October 8...also had 21 service aces during season with match-high three service aces coming against Mary on 10-23-10...one of nine Wildcats selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2009: Appeared in all 37 matches as the starting libero for the Wildcats averaging a team high 4.32 digs per set...had season high 31 digs in 3-1 win at Rockhurst on 9-11-09 and had nine matches of 20 or more digs...also had 40 set assists and 24 service aces...one of three Wildcats named to the Omaha World Herald All Nebraska First Team.

Before Wayne State: Transferred to Wayne State after playing one year at Missouri Western State...played libero and outside hitter for the Griffons, averaging 3.16 digs per game...had season-highs of 21 digs vs. Southern Indiana (8-29-08 and 9-6-08)...had seven kills and 11 digs vs. Quincy on 9-5-08...saw action in 21 matches and 56 games, missed part of the season due to concussion injury.

High School: graduate of Lincoln Pius X High School...was a three year letter winner and starter for the Thunderbolts, helping team win back-to-back Class B State titles as a junior and senior...recorded 286 kills, 417 digs and 19 services aces as a senior, helping team to 35-4 record and #1 ranking in Nebraska...finished high school career with 690 kills, 936 digs and 65 service aces.

Personal: Daughter of Randy and Nancy Connot... born on May 1, 1990...majoring in early childhood unified education at Wayne State.
